Medium and Low speed power generation

For larger continuous projects (≥10MW)  AGC can offer generators powered by heavy fuel oil (HFO also known as bunker oil).

This type of generators are extremely durable and consequently do have a long life span 24/7. Range is from 1 to 5MW per generator. AGC will commit to a full commissioning plan.

The price per ton off this type is fuel is substantially lower compared to regular diesel, thereby reducing operational costs.

These type of engines run at 600 to 1000 cycles per minute hence their qualification as low (600) to medium speed generators.
